"Have to collect a lot of pods to fill the return envelope. Therefore, need somewhere to keep the pods while collecting. If you forget to order an envelope the pods often end up in landfill."
"Annoying to have a bag sitting around with used pods till it’s full and ready to send. Then I either have to book a courier to pick up or drop off to post office for sending."
"I currently return pods for recycling and you have to collect at least 7kg before they accept them and that involves having to have somewhere to store the used pods and time packaging up and taking to the post office."
"I have been saving my used pods in the Nespresso bags and sending them in for the past year. It’s an alright solution, but it takes up a lot of room, and the pods start to stink, so we’ve had to get them a tight sealing bin to contain the odor. The smell attracts bugs."
"This was working well until we were notified that our parcels had to be > 5kg."
"Mould in storage while collecting enough to warrant return is gross and frustrating."
